*Single booklets can be sent internationally by First Class Mail without customs forms. If you order more than one booklet and the default postage comes up Priority Mail, and if I can send the order in separate envelopes by First Class Mail, I will refund the money saved.

In some cases, depending on my schedule and on what time of day you place the order, I might be able to send the item(s) the same day you place the order. In general, however, you may expect that, if you place the order before 5:00 PM Pacific Time, the item(s) will be mailed by the close of the next business day.
